Our Mission

The 3/P Performance Platform's mission is to provide every athlete, parent, coach, and employee with science-based performance education and training that informs, heals, protects, and provides a lasting competitive advantage.

3/P uses brain science to inform and empower youths and adults to succeed in every sport, career, and life challenge.

Why now? Canadian youth sports, such as hockey, tennis, and gymnastics, face a historic crisis, as sexual abuse, racism, bullying, inequality, and sexism run rampant across leagues and associations, including government funded agencies like Hockey Canada, Tennis Canada, Gymnastics Canada, and Alpine Canada, among many others. Our platform educates, heals, protects, and enriches performance based on 20+ years of neuroscience research.

In addition, we've learned that  employees of corporations, associations, and organizations big and small equally benefit from the platform, resulting in healthier work cultures and people working at peak performance.

The status quo, brimming with unkept promises of change, is not working. Sports education in North America and globally lacks a foundation in brain science, the missing link to health, safety, and success in sports. As within work cultures across industries, traditional solutions haven't proven effective. Isn't time you learn the true healing power of the brain?
